Martin Stettler, Managing Partner
Martin Stettler has over 20 years of extensive experience in Management Consulting and Corporate Finance.
His main emphases in consulting consist of succession management, M&A as well as the restructuring / financing of enterprises. During his professional life as a consultant he worked at Helbling Management Consulting, XMC Management Consultants and StettlerPartners. Prior to consulting Martin Stettler was active as a controller and head of logistics at Syngenta in Istanbul and Novartis in Basle. In the last five years he gained comprehensive experience in Merger and Aquisitions by being in the position of head of Translink Corporate Finance Switzerland.
Patrick Gabriel, Partner
Patrick Gabriels expertise is located in the areas of project management, enterprise valuation, market analyses as well as financial and strategical analyses.
Stations in his career include RUAG, Aviation Aerostructure as support of the project lead with a focus on process management as well as occupying a leading position in the student board of the university of St.Gallen with a focus on a comprehensive restructuring-process of the student body.
Thomas Schellhammer, Senior Advisor
Thomas Schellhammer is a very experienced Management Consultant. His expertise is comprised of the areas: Organization, process optimization, technology management, supply chain management, project management and M&A.
With several consultancy mandates in hospitals of the DACH area – in which the topic of laundry logistics played an important role – he has an extensive industry expertise at his disposal.
Kathrin Scheffel, Senior Advisor
Kathrin Scheffel has over 20 years of international experience in General Management, with direct profit and loss accountability, in the transformation, integration and the strategic and organizational development of manufacturing and service enterprises.
She gained specific industry expertise by working in the management of the Jensen Group (Managing director of the division GarmentTechnology) and as project manager at CWS-boco (Planning and implementation of the integration of two operative businesses to automatized production facilities).
Konstantin Theile, Senior Advisor
Konstantin Theile works since over 40 years as a consultant, entrepreneur and lecturer with a focus on international marketing, innovative product and service design, enterprise transformation as well as cultural management and corporate social responsibility.
Until the end of August 2019, he was professor for international marketing, enterprise creation and business ethics at the prestigious ESB Business School in Reutlingen Germany. Since 2014 he is as well guest lecturer for international marketing at the Imperial College in London.
Konstantin Theile studied business administration and macroeconomics at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and did his doctorate in the field of macroeconomics. He speaks Spanish, English, French and German.
Independent and flexible
StettlerPartners was founded in the year 2004. At the time, the main emphasis of the business activity was Management consulting. Through the collaboration with Translink Corporate Finance, this emphasis has been differentiated and complemented by M&A advisory with a specialization on SMEs. Through the transnational cooperation in the M&A field, the network of StettlerPartners has been growing consistently and represents nowadays one of the key assets that we place at the disposal of our customers. Currently the core activity of StettlerPartners consists of M&A advisory. The years of experience in Management Consulting are nonetheless frequently used to create problem solutions for diverse challenges.
