CWS acquired BERNET

StettlerPartners AG announces the acquisition of the BERNET Holding AG, a Swiss laundry service provider focussed on healthcare and workwear segments, by CWS-bocco Suisse SA, a European provider of products and services in the areas of Hygiene, Floor Care, Workwear, Fire Safety, Cleanrooms and Healthcare.

StettlerPartners AG acted as exclusive advisor to BERNET Holding AG.

Rationale for the transaction

This acquisition is part of the company’s sustainable growth strategy and should lead to a further expansion of the range of sustainable service solutions in the area.

CWS sees great growth potential in Eastern Switzerland – especially in Bronschhofen – thanks to its modern, state-of-the-art laundry facility. According to the company, the aim is to offer an all-inclusive service throughout Switzerland. Starting on January 1, 2023, the BERNET integration is to proceed over a period of 12 months. The previous owner of BERNET, Alexander Wild, will lead the integration process.
