Martin Stettler, Managing Partner
Martin Stettler has over 20 years’ experience in Management Consulting and Corporate Finance. His main areas of expertise are succession management, mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate restructuring and financing. His professional career has involved stations at Helbling Management Consulting, XMC Management Consultants and now StettlerPartners. Prior to entering consulting, Martin Stettler worked as Controller and Head of Logistics at Syngenta in Istanbul and Novartis in Basel. Over the last five years, he has gained comprehensive experience in mergers and acquisitions as Head of Translink Corporate Finance Switzerland.
Patrick Gabriel, Partner
Patrick Gabriel is active for StettlerPartners as both a Partner and Project Manager.
His expertise is in the fields of corporate valuations, market evaluation, as well as financial and strategic business analysis. He has previously worked for RUAG and Aviation Aerostructure, supporting the Project Lead with a focus in process management; as well as for the University of St. Gallen as a Board Member of the student body, managing a team of thirty persons and developing and implementing a comprehensive restructuring of the student body.
Florian Flick, Senior Advisor
Florian Flick is a strategy consultant and experienced M&A project manager. He combines technical expertise with business know-how and has a broad network in central europe. He has extensive experience in company scouting, market and company analyses as well as in transactions in the technology and production environment. He has worked with well-known companies such as BMW, E.ON, Schaeffler, Infineon and Brose and has extensive experience in venture capital and start-ups. With his deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and the venture capital landscape, he provides companies with valuable support for innovation and growth.
Thomas Schellhammer, Senior Advisor
Thomas Schellhammer is an experienced Management Consultant. His skills lie especially in the fields of organisation, process optimisation, technology management, supply chain management, project management and M&A.
He has comprehensive industry expertise and holds a number of consulting appointments at hospitals across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) – within which he has dealt with challenges such as laundry logistics.
Michael Hasenbrink, Senior Advisor
Michael Hasenbrink is an engineer and has worked internationally as a management and process consultant for 25 years.
As a hands-on implementer, he analyzes and realizes P&L-effective measures, and as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he provides practice-oriented training for customer employees on site. His core competencies are operational excellence and change management, especially in the process- and automotive industry. Since 2010 he has been lecturing on project management at the TU Clausthal Zellerfeld.
Before StettlerPartners, Michael Hasenbrink was operations manager and managing director at Cambridge Management, Celerant Consulting and c2 consulting.
History
StettlerPartners was founded in 2004 as a management consulting firm. Through our cooperation with Translink Corporate Finance, we branched out in 2014 to additionally provide mergers and acquisition support to small- and medium-sized enterprises. Through transnational cooperation in the M&A arena, the StettlerPartners network has grown explosively and is now considered one of our most important business assets. Now, the core activities of StettlerPartners are in the area of mergers and acquisitions. Nevertheless, our years of management consulting experience continues to be called upon regularly, as we develop solutions to business’ problems in a consulting capacity.
